Privacy Policy

Who we are

Cute Royalty Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates cuteroyalty.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Photos you upload of your pet and, for double portraits, of yourself.
• Your name, email, shipping address, and optional phone number when you order.
• Order details such as the portrait, size, and price. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To create your previews and final portrait with our proprietary software built in-house.
• To process payment, print, ship, and track your order.
• To answer your questions and send messages about your order.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with trusted partners who help us run the business, such as our payment processor, printing partner, and shipping carriers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We never sell your information or your photos.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your photos

Your photos are used only to make your portrait. We do not use them in marketing or show them publicly without your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide your download, and meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your photos and personal information at any time, unless we must keep them by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights. We will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
