Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of cuteroyalty.com and any purchase you make from Cute Royalty Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Cute Royalty," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our service

Cute Royalty creates custom Renaissance-style portraits from photos you provide. Portraits are produced with proprietary software built in-house and refined by our artists. Physical canvases are printed and shipped to order.

3. Previews

Before you buy, you can create previews and request changes as many times as you like. Previews carry a watermark. You are responsible for reviewing your preview carefully; the portrait you order is the preview you approved, prepared at print resolution. Small differences in color between screens and printed canvas are normal.

4. Your photos

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo you upload, including any photo of another person. You must not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. We may refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you order. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order number.

6. Shipping

We ship canvas orders only to addresses in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We cannot accept orders for delivery anywhere else. Shipping is free to all three countries. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address; we are not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

7. All sales are final

Every portrait is a one-of-a-kind commission made specifically for you. Our software and our artists' work are valuable, and the work begins the moment you order. For that reason, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations, including for digital downloads and for change of mind.

If your canvas arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email orders@cuteroyalty.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the canvas and packaging. If we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement of the same portrait at no cost. A replacement is the sole remedy for damaged or defective items.

8. Ownership and use

Once your order is paid, you may display, print, and share your portrait for personal, non-commercial use. Cute Royalty keeps all rights in our templates, styles, software, and site. We may show anonymized examples of our work only with your permission.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site and our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cute Royalty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed after the date shown above.
